Accessibility Statement

1. Conformance status

This Service is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA. Partially conformant means some parts of the content do not fully conform to the standard yet. We treat this as ongoing work, not a finished checklist — accessibility improvements ship continuously alongside the rest of the product.

2. What we've built in

• Semantic HTML and labeled form fields throughout signup, login, and document creation;
• Visible keyboard focus states and a logical tab order on every page;
• Sufficient color contrast on primary text and interactive elements;
• An on-page accessibility toolbar (the icon in the corner of the screen) to increase text size, enable a high-contrast mode, and reduce motion — your choice is remembered on this device;
• Alt text on meaningful images and icons hidden from screen readers where they are purely decorative.

3. Known limitations

Some third-party embeds (for example, the Stripe checkout flow and the Cloudflare Turnstile human-verification widget) render their own interface, which we do not fully control. We choose vendors that publish their own accessibility conformance where possible.

4. Reporting an accessibility issue

If you run into a barrier using this Service — with or without assistive technology — please tell us. Use the accessibility icon in the corner of the screen and select "Report an issue", or email mcrsystem.suport@gmail.com directly with a description of the problem and the page it happened on. We review every report and respond.
